To open an account with Betlion, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

5. Using another person's account or selling your account.

7. Submitting false identity information or fraudulent documents.

Violating this prohibition will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

Betlion reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• As directed by the regulatory authority.

Betlion will notify you by email before closing your account (except in urgent cases). Any valid remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

You may also request account closure at any time. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.
